Steel Supply for Swordsmiths
We offer a wide range of steel materials specifically suited for sword and knife making, including both heat-treated plates and annealed bar stock. Our catalog includes CPM 3V, T10, 65Mn, 1095, and more. Custom sizes and structure combinations (e.g. San Mai, Damascus) available.
Professional Heat Treatment
We provide precise heat treatment tailored for long blades, including vacuum hardening, high-pressure gas quenching, press tempering, and triple tempering for EDM-ready parts. Heat treatment profiles are optimized for straightness and performance.
EDM & Precision Cutting
We offer wire EDM (Electrical Discharge Machining) services for shaping complex blade profiles after heat treatment. This ensures maximum precision, flatness, and consistency for multi-piece projects or symmetrical designs
Custom Sword & Knife Production
Looking for full blade production? We partner with experienced swordsmiths and makers to deliver finished blades, either monosteel or laminated (San Mai, Damascus). You can choose from our standard models or commission your own design.
